Recommendations

After reviewing the findings of the manual braze reporting system and some of the alternatives to that system, we would like to recommend that this system be implemented in place of the manual system.  A total replacement, as opposed to a stand-alone, is urged as there is still room for many mistakes in the remaining 4 operations.  We believe that this will greatly increase the efficiency of the whole process and that the benefits will be in the form of intangible assets such as, improved performance and quality.  The SPC version will only be the cost of 1 personal computer, the stand-alone program will be approximately the cost of  3 computers, and the full version will need 3 PCs and some networking hardware for three stations, there is also some development time involved with any of the three.
